Rocky Mountain Beauty Bar was founded by Dr. Kellie Stivers, MD and Laura Gerwing, CRNA—two clinicians who shared a belief that aesthetic care should be physician-directed, intentional, and rooted in real science, not trends or quick fixes. With backgrounds in anesthesia and advanced practice medicine, Kellie and Laura bring a deep understanding of anatomy, safety, and precision to every aspect of the practice. Their combined experience allows them to approach aesthetics through both a medical and patient-centered lens—prioritizing education, thoughtful treatment planning, and natural-looking results that stand the test of time. As Medical Director, Dr. Kellie oversees all medical protocols, provider standards, and clinical decision-making at Rocky Mountain Beauty Bar. She is known for her meticulous approach, strong aesthetic eye, and commitment to treatments that enhance individuality rather than change it. As Co-Owner and Assistant Medical Director, Laura plays an integral role in patient education, program development, and operations. She is passionate about helping clients understand the why behind their care and about building systems that support consistency, safety, and long-term results—both for patients and the practice as a whole. Together, Kellie and Laura have grown Rocky Mountain Beauty Bar into a physician-directed medical spa built on trust, transparency, and results. That same philosophy led to the creation of The Confidence Room—an extension of their vision focused on providing women with informed, supportive, and medically guided care in areas that are often overlooked or under-discussed.
