We understand that life happens, but out of respect for our providers and other clients, we require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and appointment changes.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

• Late cancellations will be charged automatically, regardless of reason.

• Botox appointments follow the same cancellation policy; however, they are subject to a minimum $100 service charge in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

If you must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to us directly. At management’s discretion, the fee may be credited to your account for future services.
No-shows will not receive credit.
